Cancellation policy
Subscription Cancellation Policy Flowrish Health subscriptions ("Subscribe and save" and similar auto-delivery plans) are designed to be flexible. There are no minimum orders, no cancellation fees and no long-term commitment.
How your subscription works
Your first order is charged at checkout. Any introductory discount (such as a first-bottle offer) applies to your first order only.
After that, your subscription renews automatically on each scheduled order date, at the subscription price and delivery frequency shown at checkout, plus shipping and any applicable taxes, until you cancel.
If we ever change your subscription price, we'll notify you by email before the new price takes effect.
Cancel anytime before your next order date You can cancel your subscription at any time. As long as you cancel before your next scheduled order date, you won't be charged again and no further orders will be sent.
Online: Log in to your account at shopflowrish.com, go to your subscriptions, and select Cancel.
By email: Email hello@shopflowrish.com with your name and order number and ask us to cancel. We'll confirm by email. Your request must reach us before your next order date.
Skip or pause instead Not ready to cancel? You can also skip an upcoming delivery or pause your subscription from your account.
Orders already processed Cancelling stops future orders. If your next order date has already passed and that order has been charged, the order will be processed and shipped. Refunds for orders that have already been charged are handled under our Refund Policy.
